2018 VFX Demo Reel

How We Work

A quick overview of how we structure projects, estimate budgets, and plug into your existing pipeline.

Fixed Pricing

A set-and-secure pricing approach. Once the creative objectives, deliverables, and timeline are defined, we prepare a fixed total cost. This option is ideal when the scope is clear and the filmmaker wants predictable budgeting from start to finish. No surprises, no scope creep.

Because the project is priced as a single, contained package, the shot list is locked when work begins. New VFX requests — such as unexpected pickups or added sequences — can’t be folded into the existing contract. If new ideas come up, they can be quoted separately as their own mini-project.

VFX Quote Estimator

To help you plan ahead, the VFX Quote Estimator on this site provides a real-time ballpark based on your inputs — giving you cost clarity before any work begins.

The estimator reflects the same hourly ranges and asset pricing used for Time & Material engagements. It’s a planning tool, not a contract, but it gets you very close to what a formal quote will look like.

Teams / Integrated Crew

When a production already has a pipeline and just needs additional firepower, we can join your team as a standalone specialist or assemble a small support unit to work within your existing workflow.

This setup scales up or down depending on your schedule, deadlines, and VFX load. Our scalable support is designed to blend seamlessly into your production rather than disrupt it.
