Logline
When a scrawny turkey escapes the farm to rescue his plump sweetheart from becoming Thanksgiving dinner at the White House, he embarks on a wild, hilarious journey of love, courage, and chaos that captures the heart of the President and a nation.
Synopsis
Penny, a big and happy hen, and Scraps, a skinny turkey, live together in harmony on a rural farm. However, when Penny is selected to participate in the Thanksgiving meal at the White House, their perfect life is upended. In order to save her, Scraps flees the farm and braves the woods, the city streets, and the busy White House. Along the way, he faces off against the arrogant bully turkey Gobbleton, who also finds himself on the President’s dinner menu.
After a series of comedic and heartfelt adventures, Scraps’ determination and love win over everyone—including the President, who grants a pardon to both turkeys. Together, Scraps and Penny find a new life of freedom at an animal sanctuary, proving that even the smallest hero can make a big difference.
